Last Monday, the municipal responsible of the Office of European Projects, EuroAltea, Maria A. Laviós and the technician of the area, Paloma Verdú, held a meeting with the teachers of IES Altaia, Victoria Vaquer, Ana Moreno and Àngels Roig, with the aim of promoting collaboration between the school and the consistory.
One of the objectives of the meeting has been to inform the IES Altaia about the Erasmus+ mobilities and the European projects in which the centre can get involved so that the students and teachers have at their disposal the offer and the opportunities that EuroAltea offers to the young people from Altea.
In addition, the centre has been offered the possibility of hosting courses such as Free You; a course in which attendees are shown how to detect false news and information that is spread on social networks.
From EuroAltea, we want more and more young people to live the experience of European mobilities and projects. With this meeting we want IES Altaia to participate more directly with its students and to benefit from the non-formal education offered by the European Projects Office through mobilities and projects.
