The Municipality of Altea and the European Projects office is participating together with the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces within the Pont a Europa project. This initiative consists of the creation of a European municipal networking through the FVMP’s counselling service in European projects.
The counselling service in European projects of the FVMP and the Local Administration of the directorate general of Generalitat Valenciana in collaboration with the Conselleria de Hacienda y Modelo Económico is addressed to local entities of the community.
This service is aimed to promote municipalism and local development; to create synergies that could promote the European knowledge and spirit; to work side by side with the municipal technicians and develop lines of action for the 2021/2027 period.
It’s important to be able to compare experiences between municipalities and also to receive help and orientation from one of the superior administrations to a municipal one when it comes to make decisions and undertake European projects.
