Six youngsters took advantage of the EuroAltea scholarships offered by the City Hall of Altea. Not only that these mobility scholarships have been held twice, but youngsters like Mar, Vicent, Patricia, Noemi, Blanca and Joaquin were the lucky ones that had the opportunity to do labor practice for two months in Belfast.
Noemi worked for two months at the architecture office Arcus Arquitectura, where she had the opportunity to expand her curriculum, improve her English and practice all the things learnt throughout her university career.
Blanca did her labor practice of digital marketing assistant at the shop called “The Feminist Shop”, consequently this experience allowed her to develop new abilities among the digital marketing world and business strategy and, foremost, improve her level of English.
Joaquin could enjoy his labor practice as a receptionist at the Malone Lodge hotel. This job allowed him to visit the most touristic places of Belfast and other cities from Ireland, like Dublin for example.
Mar conducted an investigation regarding security and justice at Queen’s University. Therefore, she managed to develop her investigation abilities, enhance her curriculum and improve her language skills.
Patricia, worked in a Print Workshop dedicated to the promotion of art. The work as a study assistant enabled her to develop skills in assisting and organizing exhibitions, events and workshops.
Vicent developed as an architectural assistant at RMI Architects in Belfast. His duties included the technical assistance of architecture projects from stages 0-7 of the RIBA work plan, as well as preparing and implementing these projects.
