EuroAltea to train a new Erasmus+ project leader

The office of European Projects, EuroAltea, in view of the increase of approved plans that it is receiving from the European Commission, continues to train young people from Altea to be leaders in the different Erasmus+ mobilities.

From EuroAltea, we continue training young people in leadership for projects such as Erasmus+, this time the young woman who will be trained is Natalia García Sánchez. The 24 year old student at IES Bellaguarda will travel to Romania on 19 March together with young people from other European countries to organise the Professional Development project, aimed at young people aged between 16 and 22.

The Professional Development project, led by the association RUMUNDU, aims to improve the skills of young people for their employability, integration into the labour market and improving the quality of youth work. All this, through outdoor activities, aimed at promoting care for the environment and respect for diversity and breaking stereotypes.

This project is part of the Erasmus+ programme and is an opportunity for young people like Natalia, who are part of the EuroAltea youth team, to be trained in leadership management, team management, conflict resolution, in addition to improving their English skills, the common thread of these mobilities.

EuroAltea is firmly committed to this new line for our youth.
