The young people who have taken part in the mobility to Slovenia value the experience very positively.

The participants of the Erasmus+ mobility, called Green Vibes, carried out in Slovenia have returned after 10 days of project learning new techniques and environmental policies to develop a greener future; in addition to visiting different energy facilities, such as a thermal power plant or a coal mine, with the aim of studying the impact of the carbon footprint.

The EuroAltea team composed of Daniel Seguí, Adrian Muñoz, Xavier Pla, Lucas Alejandro and the group leader Eugenia Roig, have carried out an intense training in ecological matters, participating in different activities such as a second-hand fashion show, debates and discussion groups on climate change and carbon footprint.

The aim of this project is to train young Europeans on environmental awareness, the impact of the carbon footprint and how we can improve our impact on the planet. After 10 days of training, our Altea team has shared their experiences with us. We are very proud of the results the young people have shown us and of their experience.

In the words of the participants of the mobility, “I have met people from countries and cultures very different from mine, if it had not been for this project, I would not have met them”; “I highly recommend it to other people and I am already thinking about participating in other projects”.

From the European Projects Office of Altea Town Council, we continue to manage the mobilities, focused on different profiles of young people, with the aim that the largest number of young people in Altea can enjoy these experiences, learn and improve foreign languages.
